OPPOC consists of three provider-owned members: The Ohio State University Health Plan, Ohio Health Choice and Quality Care Partners. Members benefit from a wide selection of participating hospitals and physician groups throughout Ohio and employers can take advantage of competitive discounts and a variety of cost savings programs.
What to expect
OPPOC contracts with a wide range of providers throughout the state, ensuring that members have access to providers regardless of where they are located. OPPOC is favorably rated by Stop Loss Carriers so employers can rest assured that they are protected. OPPOC can be used by any employer with employees in Ohio, either as a primary network or as a wrap. We utilize GEO-access and disruption reporting to determine if the network will be a good fit and we’ll work to minimize any potential disruptions in member services.
