The High-Performance Health Network (HPHN) is a network powered by Adena Health and The Ohio State University Health Plan Solutions. By combining quality, local providers and advanced care into one network, we deliver cost efficiency and reduced complexity for employers and better access to quality care for employees.
Through our network, members have access to world-class providers from both Adena Health and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, as well as a comprehensive list of other local provider groups, ensuring access to advanced care and a streamlined referral process between providers.
What to expect
HPHN can be used as a primary network by any self-funded or level-funded employer in south central Ohio. By utilizing HPHN, employers benefit from community pricing and avoid the added costs of out-of-network care.
Adena Health and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center also share a common electronic medical record system, creating a seamless referral process and transfer of patient medical information.
